Adhesive Cutting
Laser machining is a new cost effective way of cutting adhesives for the printed circuit board industry. Initial costs for a part are kept to a minimum, and piece part prices are competitive.
Laser machining produces tight tolerances with virtually no limit on program flexibility and adhesive material types.
- Dimensions machined to industry standard +/- .005" (tighter tolerances available upon request).
- Program revisions can be readily made to meet your requirements, eliminating the cost of re-tooling.
- Multiple adhesive types: pre-preg, b-stage, bonding film, no flow, Pyralux, composite and others.
- No expensive tooling/die charge required, resulting in major savings for low volume and prototype runs.
