Laser machining is a new cost effective way of cutting adhesives for the printed circuit board industry. Initial costs for a part are kept to a minimum, and piece part prices are competitive.
Laser machining produces tight tolerances with virtually no limit on program flexibility and adhesive material types.

• Dimensions machined to industry standard +/- .005" (tighter tolerances available upon request).
  
• Program revisions can be readily made to meet your requirements, eliminating the cost of re-tooling.
  
• Multiple adhesive types: pre-preg, b-stage, bonding film, no flow, Pyralux™, composite and others.
